Meet The Family
Russell Hales
FOUNDER
I knew from a young age I wanted to be a hairdresser. For the last 28 years I have had the opportunity of working with some very talented people who have inspired and mentored me to be where I am today. I found a passion early on to educate other artist and was given the opportunity to travel throughout Europe teaching for product houses and gaining more knowledge to share. After 15 years of working for other amazing companies in 2007 I was finally able to open the doors to Joseph Isaac Hair Design.
When it came to the interior design of the salon I wanted to give the guest a different salon experience by offering a boutique, family style environment so our guest can truly relax. As our team has grown it has been a true pleasure for me to pass on all the knowledge I have learnt over the years through our own in house education. At the end of the day it’s continual learning passed on from each of us within our hair family to ensure our guests are always receiving the highest quality service to feel confident and beautiful.
“There really is no such thing as people with bad hair. Just people who haven’t found the right hairdresser!”
