House Rules

At Joseph Isaac we want everyone to have an enjoyable experience and feel comfortable as if you were in your own home. We have put together a few requests that we ask our guest to follow to ensure everyone in our home can relax.

  • If you could please set your mobile phone ringer to silent while in the salon we would all greatly appreciate it. We understand it is hard to disconnect sometimes and we all have to take that important call – if you could please refrain from taking your call on speakerphone. 
  • Catching up on your favorite shows is a great pass time while your color is processing. If you could please use headphones to keep the noise pollution in the salon at its lowest. 
  • Please refrain from bringing children under 12 to the salon unless they are receiving a service.
  • Due to scheduling commitments to other guests, we may need to reschedule one or all of your services if you are more than 15 minutes late. 
  • We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. If 24 hour notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. 
  • First time guest, or guest whom have not had their hair colored at Joseph Isaac in the previous 6 months must come in 48 hours prior to reserved color appointment for a skin patch test.
  • All color prices are a starting from price and are subject to change upon consultation depending on hair length and density. Please be advised that all stand alone color treatments must reserve a blowdry to ensure best results. 

PRODUCT AND SERVICE GUARANTEE

  • If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchase we will gladly exchange it for another product of equal value or matching credit for future retail purchases. 
  • Quality is our top priority as we strive to provide top tier customer service. We will gladly adjust any service within two weeks of the original visit. There are no refunds on ANY SERVICE unless determined necessary by management. If management determines a refund is warranted, all refunds will be in the form of salon credit.
